Yellowstone 10 year old Limited Edition (2025 Release)

Limestone Branch master distiller Stephen Beam partnered with sister distillery Ross & Squibb, blending Indiana and Kentucky bourbons made from three different mashbills. On the nose there’s cherry cola, toasted marshmallows, and gooey brownies. The palate is sweet too, but with depth and complexity. It evolves through salted caramel, candied walnuts, and fudge, with toasted grains, peanut shells, and a hint of char underpinning the sweets. The finish brings sweet peach tea, dark chocolate, and warming cinnamon.
