Crafted by Alex Thomas, one of a few female master blenders in the industry, The Sexton™ is made from 100% Irish malted barley and is triple-distilled for smoothness in copper pot stills. Consciously aged in Oloroso sherry butts to achieve a depth of flavor from the wine-soaked barrel, that surpasses its years. The result is a liquid rich in hue with the perfect balance of dried fruits, subtle oak notes and a smooth finish that leaves you wanting more.(40% ABV – 80 proof)

NOSE: At first honeyed malt, nuts and dark chocolate followed by marzipan, all spice and fruits
TASTE: Clean and mellow honey malt and then the taste complexity reveals itself – rich, dried spices, nuts and sweet oils
FINISH: A pleasant gentle wood with honey sweetness fading slowly

One of the most striking-looking new releases around, this bone-jangling, sepulchral, triple-distilled whiskey was once entombed in oloroso sherry butts. A nose of baked apple and sultana, rolled marzipan, sesame seeds, and roasted spices. Smooth tasting, with dark fleshy fruits, mixed peel, chocolate, walnut; the taut spicy middle section dies back to baked oranges. A dignified finish, with chocolate and nutmeg at the death. Ingest in peace.
