The palate reveals more spice, and shows chai, lemon zest, black tea, and raspberries atop a dry woodiness with plenty of pepper and cinnamon. While the spice is the star of the show for this one, it’s balanced beautifully by sweet desserts like chocolate orange and glazed fruit tart.
