Bardstown Bourbon Co. Collaborative Series: Ferrand II Cognac Cask Finished (2025 Release)

Bardstown’s second collaboration with cognac house Maison Ferrand; this one is a blend of 9, 11, and 12 year old bourbons and a 6 year old rye, masterfully finished for 15 months in Ferrand’s French oak cognac barrels. Spicy oak, vanilla cream, and anise on the nose, then an expansive palate of pear, apricot, and vanilla. Great texture and integration, finishing with cinnamon cake, café au lait, and spice.
